“The Voice of the Heart – The True Superhero” is a one hour Musical program featuring Linda's original music, songs, and inspirational messages. With humor and wit, Linda takes the audience on a transformational journey from being buried by fears, self doubts and separation to self acceptance, peace and connection. This program acts as a platform to discuss something we all have in common...no matter what age, what color, what race, culture or religion, we talk about the complexity and duality of being human. Linda speaks about the incredible challenge it is to live between two opposing worlds: the outer world and the inner world, the world of the ego and the world of the soul, the voice of the head and the voice of the heart. There's nothing like this program you've ever seen. It merges the fun and creativity of musical entertainment with the field of "self development." The show is for audiences of all ages as there's something in truth that resonates in every heart. Linda engages the audience and inspires them to turn down the volume of their head in order to regain access to the inner voice of their heart, the source of your true superpowers. She uses the power and joy of music to help transform the human spirit towards inner and outer peace.
Biography:
Bonadies transforms the role of the Singer/Songwriter and the traditional Concert. She uses her songs and discourse as a platform to inspire and motivate people to self discovery and self development. Linda has in-depth experience in the Arts as a composer, songwriter, and performing artist and communicates valuable, positive and inspiring messages to audiences of all ages. She produces many of her own Concerts as well as numerous Fundraising Events that have benefited non-profit organizations including The Mystic Arts Center, the Hamden Education Foundation, and The CT Food Bank. Bonadies works with kids and adults in a variety of songwriting projects and has taught “Songwriting For Kids” at Bear Path Elementary School. Trained as a composer, Bonadies earned a Bachelor of Music degree from Bucknell University and went on to pursue a Graduate Degree in Music Composition from Hartt School of Music. Bonadies has released two CDs of original songs. Her first album, “No Regret” won honors in many songwriting competitions including the Indie Acoustic project, the Pacific Songwriting Competition, and the Unisong International Songwriting Contest. Her passion for music and the power of her messages creates a truly unique experience.
